Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort seeks a Program Manager to oversee villa and condominium operations within the resort program, ensuring maintenance, presentation, and operations align with Hawks Cay standards.

You will partner with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to optimize villa performance, occupancy, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value owners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of villas and condo units within the resort program.
• Curate villa operations to meet resort standards in presentation and operation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to maximize villa performance.
• Support villa rental sales strategies, inventory management, occupancy initiatives, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor villa readiness, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve villa profitability, utilization, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor property management activities for participating villas and condominiums.
• Oversee villa inspections, deficiencies, repairs, and maintenance needs.
• Maintain records and reporting related to villa operations, inspections, maintenance, and financial activity.
