Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in restaurant management and supervision.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze and manage food cost within budget.

Responsibilities

• Leads kitchen operations and ensures high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manages staffing schedules to meet budgeted labor and guest demand.
• Oversees food preparation, sauces, garnishes, and dish execution.
• Collaborates with Executive Chef on menu execution and promotions.
