Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative (Video) to lead multi-disciplinary teams in creating paid social campaigns for home service Pros. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process from concept through delivery, blending art direction, video production, and AI-assisted workflows to drive measurable business results.

You will mentor the creative team, collaborate with Growth Marketing, and develop testing plans across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube while balancing quality with high-volume

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional creative experience, including agency experience; performance marketing or social-first agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing and executing paid social campaigns that drive measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, or customer acquisition).
• Strong portfolio showing original concepts, hands-on execution, art direction, production ownership, and campaign results.
• Advanced proficiency in creative production software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) including short-form video editing, motion graphics, and static ads.
• Experience directing or producing live-action video, creator content, UGC, or other short-form advertising.
• Experience analyzing paid social performance and developing creative testing strategies across concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Proven ability driving team efficiency via AI tools and automation (generative AI tools).
• Experience mentoring creatives and presenting concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate audience insights, briefs, and performance data into multiple distinctive paid social concepts that drive leads, conversions, and customer acquisition
• Own creative development from concept and storyboarding through art direction, production, editing, and final delivery
• Direct live-action shoots, creator content, UGC, and AI-assisted production, selecting the most effective approach for each concept
• Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, static ads, and supporting assets while maintaining high standards of design and storytelling
• Partner with Growth Marketing to evaluate campaign results and apply performance insights to future concepts
• Develop creative testing plans and maintain a pipeline of concepts, hooks, and variations across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve production efficiency and expand creative possibilities
• Mentor creative teammates and collaborate with Marketing leadership to elevate quality and momentum
