Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative (Video) in the United States to lead the creative process from concept to final delivery, directing live-action shoots and AI-assisted production. You will partner with Growth Marketing to turn performance insights into persuasive video campaigns that drive leads and conversions.

You bring 7+ years of creative experience, a stellar portfolio, and expertise with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional creative experience, including agency work.
Proven ability to develop and execute paid social campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Strong portfolio with original concepts and campaign results.
Proficient in creative production software for short-form video and static ads.
Experience directing live-action video or creator content.

Responsibilities

Translate insights into multiple paid social concepts for leads and acquisitions.
Own creative development from concept to delivery with hands-on involvement.
Direct live-action shoots and AI-assisted production for effective concepts.
Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and static ads with strong storytelling.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to evaluate results and apply insights.
Develop testing plans and maintain a steady pipeline of concepts across channels.
Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve production efficiency.
Mentor the creative team and collaborate with leadership to maintain momentum.
