The role spans project management, creative, analytics, and production in a remote-first environment. You’ll collaborate with creators, bloggers, and media buyers, translating data into persuasive concepts while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in paid social or performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of short-form video formats and their performance on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Comfortable collaborating with creators and bloggers: sourcing, briefing, and overseeing remote shoots.
• Confident in interpreting marketing performance data.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills to keep projects on track and aligned.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document emerging video trends across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
