Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Video Content Developer to plan, design, develop, and deliver video-based online training materials. You will work with stakeholders to identify training needs and produce media for instructional content.

The role involves travel to field locations, handling cameras and recording equipment, and editing deliverables. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in digital audiovisual content creation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Video Production, Business, Instructional Design, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–10 years of digital audiovisual content creation experience with a track record of training content design and delivery.
• Proficiency with cameras, microphones, and editing to produce professional deliverables.
• Familiarity with videography best practices (lighting, framing, sound).

Responsibilities

• Travels to field locations to capture photos, video, and audio for training content.
• Operates cameras, microphones, and related equipment for media capture.
• Reviews and organizes media for instructional use.
• Identifies training needs with SMEs and stakeholders; guides content development.
• Leads or participates in meetings to gather requirements and priorities.
• Develops clear, step-by-step instructional modules with SMEs.
• Edits media to produce finished deliverables.
• Facilitates content reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Revises modules based on feedback and changing standards.
