Job description

Springville, United States | Posted on 06/17/2026

As a Video Content Producer, you create video experiences that educate, inspire, and drive action. Sitting at the intersection of Video Production × Storytelling × Adult Learning, you lead the development of Tyfoom's growing training library while supporting customer stories, executive communications, events, product and marketing initiatives, and other corporate video projects.

You transform expertise into engaging learning experiences, capture authentic stories through video, and help bring the Tyfoom brand to life. Working closely with subject matter experts and marketing leadership, you own projects from concept through completion — including story ideation, filming, editing, and publishing.

This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who loves to learn new subjects, tell meaningful stories, and use emerging technologies to expand what's possible through video.

Your Core Responsibilities
  • Transform Expertise into Learning Experiences: Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and key takeaways. Translate complex topics into simple, engaging microlearning experiences that improve knowledge retention and influence behavior change.
  • Lead the Creative Process: Develop video ideas, scripts, shot lists, and production plans as needed with minimal oversight. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Produce Corporate and Marketing Content: Support the development of customer success stories, executive communications, event recaps, recruiting content, product videos, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with company leadership to bring Tyfoom’s story to life through video.
  • Film and Capture Visual Stories: Film training videos in appropriate environments. Direct subject matter experts and on‑camera presenters. Capture compelling B‑roll that strengthens storytelling and enhances the viewer experience. Support customer case study production through interview setup, B‑roll capture, and supporting footage.
  • Leverage Technology to Increase Creative Capacity: Actively explore and adopt emerging technologies — including artificial intelligence tools — to improve the speed, scalability, and quality of video production. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, accelerate editing, enhance visual storytelling, and expand the team’s creative capabilities while maintaining Tyfoom’s standards for authenticity and excellence.
  • Build Scalable Production Systems: Maintain and organize video assets, production equipment, and project files. Establish templates and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency. Provide guidance and quality assurance for co‑workers, interns and others assisting with editing and production tasks.
  • Edit for Impact: Edit videos with a focus on clarity, engagement, pacing, and retention. Produce a variety of content including microlearning videos, customer case studies, event highlights, executive communications, promotional assets and live events. Incorporate graphics, captions, animations, and branded elements that elevate the viewer experience.
  • Support Customer Content Creation: As needed, partner with Tyfoom customers to help them create effective training and communication content. Provide guidance on best practices, assist with production planning, and occasionally support on‑site video capture and post‑production efforts that help customers maximize the value of the Tyfoom platform.
  • Collaborate as ONE TEAM: Partner with company leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to prioritize projects and deliver meaningful learning experiences that support Tyfoom’s mission and business objectives.
  • Operate with Ownership and Discipline: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, maintain a high standard of quality, and continuously seek ways to improve both the learning experience and the production process.
What Success Looks Like
  • Training content is produced quickly, consistently and effectively, helping learners retain key concepts and improve performance.
  • Marketing videos and customer stories strengthen Tyfoom’s brand and support business growth.
  • Subject matter experts and executives feel prepared and confident on camera because of your preparation and direction.
  • Video projects are delivered on time with a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Tyfoom’s training library continues to expand with engaging, outcome‑focused content.
  • Tyfoom employees, interns and others contribute meaningfully because of the systems, coaching, and standards you establish.
  • You continuously identify and implement innovative approaches that improve production velocity, increase creative output, and enhance the quality of Tyfoom’s video content.
  • Internal and external customers feel supported, empowered, and confident in their ability to create impactful learning experiences.
  • Stakeholders value your creativity, initiative, and ability to bring ideas to life.
  • You help create learning experiences and stories that empower people to BECOME MORE.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in video production, multimedia development, training, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong video editing skills using DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
  • Experience filming and directing interviews, presentations, or instructional content.
  • Experience capturing B‑roll and producing visually compelling supporting footage.
  • Ability to create story ideas, scripts, and production plans from broad concepts or SME conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform expert knowledge into engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of what captures and maintains audience attention.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools that enhance video production workflows.
  • A track record of finding creative ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment.
  • A team‑first mindset, strong sense of ownership, and desire to continuously improve and Become More.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating short form, focused content. Educational, training, or microlearning content a plus.
  • Experience producing corporate marketing videos, customer stories, or event recap content.
  • Experience using AI‑powered tools to support ideation, scripting, editing, transcription, captioning, asset generation, or other aspects of video production.
  • Background in instructional design, adult learning, or learning and development preferred.
  • Proficiency with video editing software, AI video creation tools and other related creative tools.
  • Experience mentoring freelancers, interns or junior creatives.
  • Familiarity with frontline industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, utilities, or field services.
