Uline, a family-owned distributor, is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to lead transportation strategy for one of North America's largest freight shippers. You will manage a corporate logistics team of 50+ professionals and partner with executive leadership to drive efficiency and next-day delivery.

You will oversee data-driven analysis of transportation networks, strengthen carrier partnerships, and align cross-functional teams across North America to meet ambitious service and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 20+ years leadership in complex, large-scale logistics operations.
• Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for a large LTL network.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
