Job summary

Materion Corporation seeks a dedicated Manager of Strategy and Execution reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. You will support growth and value creation for the Performance Materials business unit by shaping strategic planning, executing initiatives, and developing KPIs, dashboards and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy planning and execution.
• Manufacturing or B2B industrial environment experience preferred.
• Cross-functional project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business segment strategy development and multi-year investment planning.
• Establish and implement processes for driving execution and accountability of initiatives with milestones and KPIs.
• Lead large-scale, high-impact strategic projects with stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.
• Create content and executive presentations to communicate progress to the C-suite and leaders.
