What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a leadership career opportunity for a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Quality Outcomes & Performance Management (SVPEQO). This position is a critical leadership role responsible for implementing programs and initiatives leading to a competitive, integrated care managed care organization focused on quality-driven care, member health, and cost-effectiveness. Under the leadership of the Chief Clinical Operations Officer (CCOO), the SVPEQO will facilitate enterprise cross-functional initiatives required to achieve Clinical & Quality Effectiveness through proactive provider network engagement, robust population health management, exceptional HEDIS performance, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and a strong emphasis on Value-Based Care (VBC).

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Health Administration, Human Services related field, or Business Administration related field.
Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of combined progressive leadership experience in a managed care or health care environment, with a focus on value-based care, population health, and quality improvement including: at least five (5) years of experience with a managed care organization, at least five (5) years of supervisory experience, at least five (5) years of experience leading or directing interventions on HEDIS measures, or applying NCQA accreditation standards, or other regulatory requirements, at least three (3) years of experience implementing health care strategy at the health plan level, and at least two (2) years of experience successfully implementing value-based care programs.
Preferred Experience: Previous LME-MCO experience; Supervision of enterprise work streams or product service line management.
License/Certification: Fully licensed by the State of North Carolina as a LCSW, LPA, LCMHC, LMFT, RN, NP, PharmD, MD, or DO.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
