Job summary

Imperium Global seeks an experienced Mission Critical leader with 15+ years in construction management to head the National Business Unit. You will drive business development, lead headcount growth, oversee operations and large-scale data center programs, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, leading proposals, monitoring performance, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' construction management experience.
• Minimum 7 years' Data Center construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Business Development experience.
• Proficient in leading effective project meetings with customer, consultants, and internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
• Strong stakeholder/client relationship management experience, evidenced by negotiated or repeat work.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Mission Critical Business Unit including oversight of the Data Center portfolio.
• Spearhead Business Development and headcount growth; oversee operations and project pursuits.
• Lead construction program oversight and ensure project performance (financial, schedule, quality, contractual, administrative).
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients.

THE POSITION:

My client are seeking an experienced Mission Critical leader with 15+ years of experience to assist in the company's continued growth. As Senior Vice President, you will provide leadership for the entire National Business Unit. You will spearhead Business Development, Headcount Growth, Operations, Project Pursuits and Construction Program oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing general leadership for Mission Critical Business Unit - oversight of Data Center portfolio.
• Business planning, introduce strategic initiatives.
