Job summary

Imperium Global is seeking a seasoned Mission Critical leader to serve as Vice President, providing leadership for the Northeast. You will spearhead Business Development, headcount growth, operations, project pursuits and construction program oversight within a growing Data Center portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, 5+ years in Data Center experience, and a strong track record in owner/developer relationships, client management, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Center construction.
• 10+ years in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Business development experience.
• Relationships with Data Center owners/developers.
• Skilled in leading meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Proven track record in negotiating/retaining work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Critical BU for the Northeast region, overseeing Data Center portfolio.
• Drive business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Manage account relationships and client opportunities.
• Identify new geographic markets for expansion.
• Grow headcount and lead project pursuits.
• Coordinate with subcontractors; lead proposals and presentations.
• Deliver monthly reports and track long-range initiatives.
• Ensure project performance across financials, schedule, quality, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients.

THE POSITION:

My client are seeking an experienced Mission Critical leader with 10+ years of experience to assist in the company's continued growth. As Vice President, you will provide leadership for the Northeast. You will spearhead Business Development, Headcount Growth, Operations, Project Pursuits and Construction Program oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing general leadership for Mission Critical Business Unit - oversight of Data Center portfolio.
• Business planning, introduce strategic initiatives.
• Account management/maintaining client relationships.
• Identify potential new geographical markets for expansion.
• Involvement in business unit headcount growth.
• working with subcontractors and leading proposals/presentations.
• Delivery of monthly reports / long range major initiative tracking.
• Responsible for project performance - financial, schedule, quality, contractual and administrative.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years' Data Center construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years' construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Business Development experience.
• Data Center owner/developer relationships.
• Proficient in leading effective project meetings with customer, consultants, and internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
• Strong stakeholder/client relationship management experience, evidenced by negotiated or repeat work.
