Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction from preconstruction through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery within timelines and commercial objectives.

The role demands a track record of managing complex data center projects, strong leadership, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience delivering large-scale data center or mission critical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction, MEP systems, and critical infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues that may impact delivery.
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
