Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial banking and lending experience.
• Proven track record of commercial loan production and business development.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, and privately held businesses.
• Strong C&I and/or CRE lending experience.
• Established network within the Phoenix business community.
• Strong credit, underwriting, and structuring skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from the ground up.
• Consultative, relationship-focused client approach.

Responsibilities
