Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations and facilities at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (CPFB). Responsibilities include warehouse management, inventory control, facility planning, safety and maintenance, capital projects, food sourcing, transportation and logistics, and volunteer management. The COO ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, local, and Feeding America guidelines. This role requires an inspiring, passionate, collaborative, courageous, innovative, and visionary leader with excellent people and management skills, and a capacity for future promotion. The COO is a key member of the Executive Team, dedicated to building a caring workplace community centered on our neighbors in need.
