Job summary

Unknown studio is seeking a senior VFX artist to create expressive, stylized real-time effects for gameplay, combat, and environments using Unity3D. You will collaborate with art directors, designers, and engineers to deliver clear visual feedback and maintain a cohesive visual style.

You will implement effects with particle systems, shaders, flipbooks, and trails, while optimizing performance and contributing to VFX reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional real-time VFX experience in game development.
• Proficiency in Unity3D and real-time rendering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop expressive, stylized VFX using shape language, color, timing, motion, and composition while maintaining stylistic consistency.
• Implement effects in Unity3D with particle systems, shaders, flipbooks, meshes, and trails.
• Optimize performance and participate in VFX reviews to uphold quality standards.
