Desort in Rolesville, NC is seeking a Senior Veterinarian to help launch and lead a new practice. You will maintain clinical autonomy while shaping the hospital’s standards, workflows, and services to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for every patient and family.

This is a rare leadership opportunity to mentor staff, recruit and onboard talent, build strong client relationships, and guide the practice’s growth with strategic clinical decisions and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited program
• Active veterinary license in good standing
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Several years of clinical veterinary experience
• Strong leadership or team-management experience
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Help develop and launch a new veterinary practice.
