Desort in Princeton, TX is seeking a Senior Veterinarian to lead the launch of a new small animal hospital. You’ll shape medical direction, team culture, and client experience from day one, with autonomy and strong operational support.

You’ll build a collaborative team, set protocols, provide medical, surgical, and preventive care, and participate in hospital growth with production-based compensation, equity opportunity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
• Active or eligible veterinary license.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.
• Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role.
