Desort in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking a founding veterinarian to lead a brand new hospital from the ground up, with significant medical autonomy and influence on clinical direction, services, and patient experience.

You will build and mentor the veterinary and support teams, shape growth strategy, and establish lasting connections with clients and the local community while enjoying equity opportunities, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.
• 4+ years of veterinary experience.
• Strong background in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

• Build and develop the veterinary and support team.
