Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience installing commercial construction integrated systems.
• State or local licensure where required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Effectively communicate with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and job site personnel regarding work procedures, schedules, complaints, and construction problems.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Instruct others how to install, troubleshoot, and service LV systems.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans, drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and terminate field employees and related personnel.
• Monitor work schedules, safety, and payroll-related documentation.
• Identify individuals with potential and offer skill development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales, and Purchasing for pre-construction and installation phases.
• Maintain communication with owners, representatives, and other contractors on schedules and changes.
• Visit sites to check progress and fulfill contractual commitments.
• Communicate with owners, AHJs, and inspectors to resolve compliance issues.
