Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Manager, Schedule to own the Venue Integrated Schedule for assigned venues, consolidating construction schedules from multiple areas into one reliable view.

You will integrate venue schedules into the overall program schedule, surface conflicts early, and provide clear status and health reporting to leaders so venues stay on track for Games time in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project scheduler on infrastructure or events
• Bachelor's degree; or 5 years of equivalent scheduling/controls experience preferred
• Professional certifications in project scheduling are a plus
• Experience supporting operational activity at active construction sites is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Venue Integrated Schedule for assigned venues by consolidating schedules from multiple areas
• Partner with construction schedulers and oversee contracted schedulers
• Integrate venue schedules into the overall program schedule and align dependencies across venues
• Surface conflicts, report issues, and drive resolution with stakeholders and delivery partners
• Prepare regular schedule status and health reports for senior leadership and program leadership
