Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, Vendor Management to join the Field Management team. You will ensure advisors and staff have the environments and resources they need by handling vendor due diligence, post-conversion oversight, and short- and long-term vendor strategies.

You will partner with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage billing during transitions, and advocate for advisors, helping reduce administrative burdens while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working utilizing MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal partners to collect vendor due diligence information for practices in the pipeline.
• Interface with advisors and staff of recently acquired practices (post-conversion) to gather more in-depth vendor due diligence information.
• Coordinate meetings with internal partners to determine pre-conversion and post-conversion approaches for each vendor.
• Manage short-term payment needs by taking over billing on behalf of the acquired practices; ensure adherence to budget through consultation with Field Management leadership.
• Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team on project management, ensuring that they have what they need to execute on the approaches for each vendor.
• Build strong relationships with internal business partners, advisors and staff, gathering learnings to inform the build-out of a coordinated vendor management strategy.
• Act as an advocate for the advisors and staff, keeping their needs front-and-center and executing on LPL’s commitment to ease the administrative and operational burden placed on them
