LPL Financial in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Analyst, Vendor Management to join the Field Management team. You will ensure advisors and staff have the work environments and resources they need by handling vendor due diligence, post-conversion integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes partnering with Strategic Sourcing, managing short-term payments, and building a coordinated vendor management strategy that supports growth and ease of administration for advisors.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working within the wealth management industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working utilizing MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collect vendor due diligence information for practices in the pipeline.
• Interface with advisors and staff of recently acquired practices to gather vendor data.
• Coordinate meetings with internal partners for pre- and post-conversion approaches.
• Manage short-term payment needs by handling billing for acquired practices.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to support vendor execution.
• Build relationships to inform a coordinated vendor management strategy.
• Advocate for advisors and staff, reducing administrative burden.
