LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Vendor Management to support the Field Management team. You will collect vendor due diligence information for practices in the pipeline and interface with advisors post-conversion to gather deeper data.

You’ll coordinate with internal partners on short- and long-term vendor approaches, oversee interim billing, and partner with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to ensure smooth transitions and a scalable vendor-management strategy.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience working within the wealth management industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working utilizing MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Work with internal partners to collect vendor due diligence information for practices in the pipeline.
• Interface with advisors and staff of recently acquired practices to gather more in-depth vendor due diligence information.
• Coordinate meetings with internal partners to determine short-term and long-term approaches for each vendor.
• Manage short-term payment needs by taking over billing on behalf of the acquired practices and ensure adherence to budget.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement on project management to execute short-term and long-term vendor approaches.
• Build strong relationships with internal business partners, advisors and staff to inform a scalable vendor-management strategy.
• Act as an advocate for the advisors and staff and help ease administrative and operational burden.
