Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology vendor management or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or another regulated environment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships across SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned technology vendors supporting enterprise platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, SaaS applications, and business capabilities.
• Coordinate vendor governance activities, including reviews, performance assessments, and follow-ups on commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, optimize service utilization, address gaps, and support cost-effective strategies.
• Support enterprise initiatives by aligning vendor activities with organizational priorities, including AI adoption and cloud migration.
