Responsibilities

• Directs vendor education and training initiatives with SMEs.
• Maintains training master data, completion records, and supporting docs.
• Supports audit and compliance requests by gathering documentation.
• Executes and maintains vendor monitoring plans under MSAs and SLAs.
• Develops vendor KPIs for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to support governance, training, and operations.
• Operates independently within defined expectations and deadlines.
