Qualifications

• PhD or higher in life sciences with 5+ years in project/clinical ops, biomarker ops or vendor mgmt.
• Alternative: MSc with 8+ years or BSc with 10+ years in relevant pharma/biotech settings.
• PM/leadership experience in vendor oversight and biospecimen governance strongly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus for program leadership and cross-functional drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLBM delivery across complex studies, ensuring protocol alignment and timely biospecimen activities.
• Oversee study start-up, maintenance, close-out, and vendor transitions to meet timelines.
• Identify risks, close gaps, and drive resolution with structured action plans.
• Mentor VLMs and cross-functional teams, improving tools, processes, and inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with CLS, DSO, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliance and data integrity.
