Qualifications

• 10+ years global experience in clinical drug development with biospecimen management
• 7+ years leading global cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and GCP/ICH standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Biospecimen Management team
• Oversee biospecimen management leads across trials
• Manage internal timelines and vendor issues to align with milestones
• Define, track and report KPIs for capacity and operational effectiveness
• Partner with ED and CBI leadership on strategic planning and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to innovate biospecimen operations
