Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field with four years of experience or six years equivalent.
• 6+ years of software development experience across multiple languages with strong design principles.
• Hands-on web app experience using modern JavaScript frameworks, including React/NextJS.
• Strong practices in version control, testing, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables with clear communication.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development with responsible validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end full-stack features from data ingestion to UI.
• Architect solutions across React frontend and Go backend, guiding technical direction.
• Develop rich data visualizations and dashboards for engineers and leadership.
• Extend a shared component library with cohesive style and reusable blocks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX/design, and partner teams.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in reviews; manage risks and blockers.
