Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks a Vehicle Engineering Program Management Manager to lead a portion of the Program Management team and oversee complex vehicle programs from planning through delivery.

You will guide daily work, development, and performance of multiple analysts in a collaborative automotive setting. Responsibilities include driving efficiency, aligning features with market needs, and implementing PM frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in program management.
• 2-5 years in vehicle program management or related field.
• 7-10+ years in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program analysts with mentorship and performance guidance.
• Drive problem-solving and benchmarking to address engineering challenges and market needs.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management.
• Set alignment across organizations on program issues, features, and specs.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
• Define objectives, scope, and timelines with cross-functional teams.
