Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a Senior Vehicle Performance Manager to translate customer expectations into executable performance requirements and validated results. You will lead cross-functional teams across the development lifecycle to ensure best-in-class vehicle performance at the full-vehicle and subsystem levels.

The role requires strategic leadership across benchmarking, target setting, validation, and risk management, with strong communication to senior leadership and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive automotive product development or vehicle integration experience.
• Led at least one full vehicle program through launch with strong systems integration knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for development and launch activities.

Responsibilities

• Set Vehicle Performance Strategy across programs and define integration priorities.
• Lead benchmarking, target development, and CPIT/FO alignment with customer needs.
• Own performance integration and AFOD across subsystems and vehicle levels.
• Lead technical reviews and drive decisions, trade-offs, and issue resolution.
• Govern validation, DVP&R strategy, and resource planning to support risks and gates.
• Provide milestone readiness recommendations and escalate as needed.
