Qualifications

• Experience level: Level 4 Senior: 9+ years with Bachelor, 7+ with Master, or 4+ with PhD.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements decomposition and traceability from customer need to testable design.
• Develop, document, and maintain system requirements and interface specs.
• Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Define test and validation approaches for operational requirements.
• Coordinate suppliers, test labs, and cross-discipline teams to deliver on schedule and cost.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
