Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field with emphasis in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical
• 14+ years experience for Lead level or 20+ years for Principal level; security clearance path
• MBSE knowledge and aerospace standards familiarity (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754) would be preferred

Responsabilités

• Design and develop the overall Vehicle Management System architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and oversee hardware/software implementations
• Lead technical reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with aerospace safety standards
• Mentor engineering teams on architectural best practices and ensure documentation aligns with Boeing quality requirements
• Manage traceability of requirements through the product lifecycle
• Define test and validation approaches for system designs
• Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs and potential internal use
