Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Product Owner to drive MBSE-based system development for Government Vehicle Health Management Systems. You will lead requirements, architecture, and verification while coordinating with a broad team of software developers, test engineers, and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; ability to obtain US Secret clearance.
14+ years of systems engineering experience including requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade studies.
3+ years building stakeholder and customer relationships.
3+ years leading or managing projects and/or teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans.
Develop, document, and verify requirements.
Develop project schedules and track performance.
Develop and organize work items for the software team.
Be responsible for the integration of the GVHMS system to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with the customer on a regular basis.
Document team plans and status, develop meeting agendas and presentations.
Analyze process compliance and actively work on improvements.
