Hyundai Motor Group in California is seeking a results‑driven leader to advance Hyundai & Genesis diagnostic systems. You will drive global standardization, oversee licensing and tool development, and coordinate with international teams to ensure first‑time fix quality across markets.

The role requires deep diagnostic expertise, strong project management, and the ability to operate across North American and global teams in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Six+ years in automotive OE or distributor roles.
• 2+ years collaborating with global teams.
• 3+ years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in international settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and improvement of Hyundai & Genesis diagnostic systems.
• Standardize GDS with global teams and align with global standards.
• Oversee licensing and profitability of diagnostic info to partners.
• Manage GDS releases, verification and rollback readiness.
• Pilot new diagnostic tools and related programs within Hyundai & Genesis.
