Qualifications

• Own and evolve the security design for in-vehicle diagnostics, unlock, in-vehicle networks, gateways, and firewall capabilities.
• Translate threat assessments into testable security requirements for vehicle systems and supplier components.
• Define and maintain security policies controlling diagnostic access and in-vehicle communications.
• Develop, maintain, and mature in-vehicle firewall and gateway policies as architectures evolve.
• Partner with engineering, validation, service, and supplier teams to ensure security controls are implemented correctly.

Responsibilities

• Lead security design reviews and align stakeholders across engineering, validation, service, architecture, and supplier teams.
• Identify gaps, assess risk, and drive improvements to diagnostic access, secure unlock, gateway security, and firewall policy enforcement.
• Keep security requirements and policy artifacts current with software-defined vehicle delivery timelines.
