Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination across assigned projects. You will deliver models and documents, offer BIM technical support, and assemble 3D content created by others, aligning with JE Dunn’s VDC strategy and standards.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage BIM processes, and ensure model accuracy, documenting meetings and maintaining constraint logs while supporting self-perform VDC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field (Required).
• 2+ years construction or BIM-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM technologies and VDC processes.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides models and documents to complete scope with VDC/BIM leadership and project teams.
• Assembles 3D content and models content not provided by others.
• Maintains productive BIM processes and clear project documentation.
• Supports RFI process for BIM related items.
• Lears and applies JE Dunn VDC standards and processes.
• Incorporates design updates into project models.
• Provides BIM training to project teams.
