Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Construction Specialist to provide BIM administration and coordination on assigned projects. You will assemble 3D content, support BIM tools, and ensure alignment with VDC processes. The role demands proactive problem solving and close collaboration with project teams.

You’ll lead BIM-related activities, train teams, and help translate owner requirements into executable BIM strategies, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years construction or related experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and standards.
• Ability to train project teams on BIM tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM administration and coordination for assigned projects.
• Create and maintain project models and documentation; support RFI processes.
• Coordinate 3D content and ensure design updates are reflected in models.
• Maintain BIM processes, logs, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with VDC leadership and project teams to meet requirements.
• Perform self-perform VDC tasks and support layout and model management.
