Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior VDC/BIM Specialist in Roseville, CA. The role centers on creating precise digital construction models and coordinating across architects, engineers, and trades from preconstruction through construction.

You will manage BIM deliverables, run clash detection, and support AI/innovative BIM health initiatives while guiding a team in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering and management, MEP Coordinator or related VDC/BIM work experience.
• Proven ability to lead coordination efforts and resolve constructability issues.
• Experience with BIM/VDC workflows and design coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit models from conceptual design through construction-level detailing.
• Coordinate BIM models with Architects, Engineers, and Trade Contractors.
• Manage design models through BIM 360, ACC, and Revizto; perform clash detection.
• Support self-performed work by modeling concrete, architectural, and MEP components.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and document action items.
• Review design models for completeness and constructability, using Revizto/ACC/Procore.
• Deliver 3D models for 4D scheduling and field documents; handover federated models.
