Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior VDC/BIM Specialist to join our Roseville, CA office. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver advanced BIM/VDC workflows, leading a dynamic team across multi-discipline projects.

The role emphasizes BIM model development, coordination, clash detection, and integration of laser scanning data and AI tools to enhance project delivery. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management with VDC/BIM experience.
Experience leading BIM coordination and model reviews.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed Revit models from concept through construction detailing.
Coordinate BIM models with Architects, Engineers, and Trade Contractors.
Manage design models via BIM 360, ACC, and Revizto.
Perform clash detection and constructability reviews to streamline workflows.
Support self-performed work by modeling concrete, architectural, and MEP components.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and document actions.
