Job summary

PCL Buildings Inc. is seeking a VDC Manager to lead virtual design and construction initiatives for its national data center unit. You will drive 3D/4D models, coordinate with design and field teams, and optimize digital workflows while supporting staffing and budgeting decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 8–10 years in construction, including 4–5 years VDC experience. Open to US locations with a competitive salary and strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a buildings-industry related discipline (AEC, civil, architectural).
• 8–10 years construction-related experience including 4–5 years VDC-related experience.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences and technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure current multidiscipline construction models and standards meet project needs.
• Manage district-level resource allocation and budgeting for pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams and liaise with estimators for staffing resources.
