Job summary

The Non-Invasive Vascular Technologist at UC Davis Health competently performs routine and specialized ultrasound exams of varied complexity to produce quality images for physicians to diagnose, treat, and monitor vascular disease. This role may work across the Main Hospital, Ambulatory Care Center, and satellite facilities within UC Davis Health’s Primary Clinic Network, with rotating locations.

Candidates must hold ARDMS RVT, BLS or UC Davis Health CPR, and demonstrate proficiency in

Qualifications

• ARDMS RVT credential.
• AHA BLS or UC Davis Health CPR.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment to produce quality images.
• Knowledge of ultrasound physics and tissue propagation.
• Knowledge of anatomy and related pathology for ultrasound procedures.
• Ability to perform complex non-routine ultrasound studies.

Responsibilities
