Job summary

Noblis is seeking a VANTAGE System Architect to lead enterprise and data architecture on the OptiSource program for AMC's Organic Industrial Base Modernization Office. You will drive TOGAF/DoDAF-aligned architecture, cloud and API gateway design, and data ontologies within Palantir Foundry/VANTAGE.

You will collaborate with a cross‑functional team, including developers, MLOps, and government stakeholders, to deliver secure, scalable solutions while meeting IL4/IL5 requirements and Army data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of data engineering and system architecture experience.
• At least 3 years direct Palantir Foundry experience for Army/DoD programs.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship are required.
• Experience interfacing with Government platform operations and end-to-end system architecture for DoD/Federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead ensuring OptiSource application builds within Palantir Foundry/VANTAGE.
• Coordinate with development teams and LLM Engineer to align architecture with customer requirements.
• Guide integration of predictive/decision-support capabilities while complying with Army data standards IL4/IL5.
