Job summary

Noblis seeks an experienced LLM Engineer to advance the OptiSource program for the Army's VANTAGE platform. You will integrate and fine-tune LLMs, craft prompts, and build RAG workflows using Python ML tools such as LangChain and HuggingFace.

This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams and requires enterprise data platform integration (Palantir Foundry, Databricks) and a DoD‑compliant approach. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years ML/NLP/AI engineering.
• At least 2 years focused on LLM development and/or fine-tuning.
• Experience deploying LLM interfaces to production.
• Enterprise data platform integration (Palantir Foundry, Databricks).
• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the OptiSource team to define analytics within the Army VANTAGE platform.
• Translate customer requirements into deployable AI/ML solutions using Palantir Foundry.
• Support migration and enhancement of analytics app into Army VANTAGE platform.
