Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a Data Solutions Architect to design and deploy AI-enabled decision-support platforms on Army Vantage and Palantir Foundry. You will architect ontology, data models, and write-back actions, while leading AI agent integration and production-grade analytics applications.

The role requires active Secret clearance, 25% travel, and hands-on leadership in data governance, security, and platform architecture for Army modernization events. Strong autonomy is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required (SIPR access for production deployment).
• 3+ years engineering enterprise data/analytics platforms, including 2+ years on Palantir Foundry-based platforms.
• Experience integrating commercial LLM APIs into production workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ontology schemas, object types, write-back actions, and permissioning models on Army Vantage/Palantir Foundry.
• Build production data-capture, analytics, and review applications with validated forms and transcript ingestion pipelines.
• Develop native Foundry dashboards and Power BI distribution-layer products; support predictive analytics in Python.
