Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking an experienced LLM Engineer to join the Noblis OptiSource program supporting AMC's Organic Industrial Base Modernization Office. You will integrate and fine‑tune large language models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) and perform prompt engineering using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and HuggingFace.

Collaborate with the team to deploy LLM interfaces, convert requirements into AI/ML solutions with Palantir Foundry and Databricks, and help migrate analytics apps into Army VANTAGE. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years ML/NLP/AI engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years focused on LLM development, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or LLM integration.
• Experience deploying LLM interfaces to production.
• Enterprise data platform integration (Palantir Foundry, Databricks) required.
• Active Secret security clearance is required. US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the OptiSource team to implement predictive analytics within the Army VANTAGE platform.
• Translate customer requirements into deployable AI/ML solutions using Palantir Foundry.
• Support migration of analytics applications into Army VANTAGE.
