Floworks is seeking a Valve Technical Services & Development Manager, a remote role based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The position acts as a senior technical authority for control valves, valve automation, field service, and valve service operations.

You will develop technician capabilities, provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, and support startup planning for valve automation facilities in Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver and other locations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with control valves, automation, repair, field service, diagnostics, commissioning.
• Experience leading field-service activities across multiple locations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior SME for control valves and valve automation.
• Develop and deliver training for technicians, sales personnel, and associates.
• Mentor technicians and establish competency standards and training plans.
• Provide customer-facing technical training on valve operation and diagnostics.
• Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and field service for complex valve applications.
• Plan startup of valve automation facilities across multiple locations.
