Job summary

Insight Global's client seeks a Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations within a core value stream at the site level, driving SQDC performance and translating site strategy into daily execution.

The role oversees production, continuous improvement, planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable output, strong customer delivery, and sustained operational performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations and value stream management.
• Experience leading large environments (200+ employees; 500+ preferred).
• Lean/Operational Excellence experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and margin understanding.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and multi-site/global manufacturing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations within a core value stream.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Translate site strategy into disciplined daily execution.
• Oversee production, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and long-term strategy.
