Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Value Stream Manager to lead safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity across the Legacy Relay and Kilovac value streams. This role partners with EH&S, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to translate customer requirements into sustainable manufacturing strategies.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop leaders, and manage performance against SQDIPC targets while aligning with site and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business is preferred.
• 10–12 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading production teams or value streams.
• Proven leader in transformational change, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma; knowledge of TEOA and Hoshin Kanri preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, forecasting, and routine business reviews across the Legacy Relays and Kilovac value streams.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance expectations for Value Stream Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove barriers to meet SQDIPC targets.
• Plan and direct production activities to optimize resources and meet customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with central plant functions to align priorities and ensure best practices.
