Qualifikationen

• 4–9 years of experience in valuations, transaction advisory, investment banking, private equity, private credit, or related field.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies including DCF, guideline public company, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Experience valuing equity and/or debt investments.
• Strong financial modeling, accounting, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with capital markets data platforms (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support quarterly valuations across a diverse portfolio of private equity and credit investments.
• Build and maintain valuation models using DCF, comps, and precedent transactions.
• Analyze portfolio company performance and key valuation drivers.
• Prepare and present valuation materials to senior leadership and the Valuation Committee.
• Partner with investment teams on monitoring, exit projections, and value creation initiatives.
• Contribute to investor reporting, performance analysis, and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with third‑party valuation providers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate valuation and reporting processes.
